What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy works with the central nervous system to bring balance back to the body.  Through light, hands on contact and the working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and embryological development, the Craniosacral Therapist uses a series of holds to help the body self correct.  Through skilled touch, conscious presence and deep stillness the practitioner can facilitate improved health mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually for the client.

We will introduce you to the Biodynamic approach to Craniosacral Therapy. Based upon principles of ancient “wisdom” and osteopathy, this model is an elegant and effective system of healing. You will explore some of the core elements of the Biodynamic approach, learning subtle, therapeutic and non-invasive palpation skills. These essential skills enable you to track the human system in its expressions of health as well as patterns of resistance, preparing you for entry into the 700 hour foundation training if you choose to continue.
